Dining out for Mexican food near White Salmon, WA (June 19th)
Here's a brief update as to my present status and location and the reason I haven't posted in a while:
I returned to "home base" in Keizer, Oregon, after taking my mobile dwelling for a test run and have been in dry dock for the past few weeks. I'm tied to the hitching post, you might say, for several reasons. First, I came back to fill in as a guest speaker at Oak Park Community Church of God in Salem, Oregon. Secondly, a few months ago, my mom decided to sell her home in Clackamas and move to Keizer, Oregon. I promised her and the family that I would stay close by while we help her pack and move out. We also gathered to celebrate mom's 90th birthday on the Fourth of July. Next week is the big day for moving her down south to Keizer, so it won't be long after she's settled into her new apartment that I'll be setting sail for an indefinite period of time...for as long as the Wind fills my sails and whispers in my heart where I should go.
I'm ready and expectant.
